Yes, it is Tuesday. Yes, I received a call from Tim today. No, the passport hasn't arrived!!!!! Major bummer!!!! (as my mom used to say) They "think" (no one really knows) that it will arrive tomorrow. This translates to for sure only one parent being able to celebrate Vanya's birthday with him on Thursday since my guys will arrive home now on Friday, at the earliest. Actually, there is also the chance that they won't come home until Tuesday next week if they get held up again. Being a "single dog mom" for the last two weeks isn't as much fun as being a "real" mom. I know Tim & Evan are terribly bored with the day to day "sameness" of everything. We were told the 2nd trip would be so much shorter than the first one. As of this weekend, it will be 2 weeks since they left.
Sounds like we'll be postponing Evan's birthday plans! :-( Poor guy!!!
Please pray for Ukraine's mail system to work a little faster and enable Tim & Evan to leave by Friday morning!
